1. The generator above 3MW produced by the company can be combined with three hundred thousand, 3600, 1500 and 1800r/min four speed tractors, which can be used by users to choose two international general power supply frequency requirements of 50Hz and 60Hz; Among them, the corresponding 3000 (3600) r/min is a 2-pole hidden pole generator, and the corresponding 1500 (1800) r/min is a 4-pole hidden pole generator.

Structural features
The generator can be a traditional on-site assembly or a complete assembly, and the motor protection class is IP44 and IP54. As mentioned earlier, it is available with overhead or pit-mounted air coolers, and other versions are available upon request.
The motor is structurally divided into stator, rotor, bearing, end cover, air water cooler, brushless excitation (or static controllable excitation).
The generator with brushless excitation method is coaxial with its auxiliary equipment.
The bearing has two kinds of structures: end cover type (non-adjustable) and end cover-seat type (adjustable), and the end cover-seat type (adjustable) structure (see P03) is the company's originality, which not only achieves the whole machine leaving the factory, no longer carries out on-site stator and rotor commissioning and installation, but also considers the convenience of the axis micro-adjustment after the operation and maintenance of the power plant.

Stator
The stator core is laminated with high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the two sides of the silicon steel sheets are coated with 155 (F) grade insulating varnish. The company's design adopts advanced anti-magnetic flux leakage and shock absorption measures that are superior to domestic products, so as to improve the efficiency of the motor and the stability of operation, and also reduce the noise and temperature rise. The end of the stator is triple fixed with an end collar, bracket and lashing. The part near the base and the end adopts anti-magnetic leakage measures.
The stator coil is made of multi-strand glass wire wrapped in flat copper wire. Full Class F insulation, with the most advanced three-level anti-corona measures, can greatly improve operational reliability and extend the life of the motor.
In the lower cavities at both ends of the stator base, anti-condensation heaters are installed, and the heaters start to work after the synchronous generator is shut down, so that the temperature of the air in the synchronous generator is higher than the ambient temperature and prevent condensation and condensation.
Rotor
The rotor forging is made of high-strength high-quality alloy steel, which meets the requirements of JB/T 7026-2004 "Technical Conditions for Rotor Forgings of Steam Turbine Generators Below 50MW" and has good magnetic conductivity and mechanical properties. After the forgings enter the factory, they have been tested at both ends and ultrasonic detection, which can ensure the reliability of the quality and performance of the forgings.
The rotor windings are flat-wound with high-quality copper wire and Nomex composite insulation as the main insulation. The end of the winding is fixed with an insulating cushion block, and the whole rotor is molded and solidified as a whole, and the two ends are covered with diamagnetic high-strength alloy steel retaining rings.
The rotor of the 4-pole generator is equipped with damping windings, while the motor rotor of the 2-pole generator uses a closed loop of a slot wedge and a guard ring to form a damping effect. The generator set can protect the end and the guard ring during the asymmetrical short-circuit protection action time, and the rotor can reliably bear the forced torque in the event of a two-phase short circuit.
The rotor speed avoids the critical speed. Axial fans are installed at both ends. The rotor is dynamically balanced and tested at 1.2 times the rated speed to ensure insulation performance and reliable mechanical strength. The rotor reliably bears the forced torque in the event of a two-phase short circuit.
Bearing
The generator bearing is a sliding bearing with pressure oil circulation, which is automatically aligned, and both sides of the bearing are equipped with oil inlet and outlet holes, and the user can choose one side to enter and exit the oil according to the actual situation.
Motors of 15MW and above have high-pressure oil jacking device. The generator shares an oil supply system with the steam turbine.
In order to prevent the shaft current from forming a circuit through the bearing, causing the bearing to be damaged due to the shaft current, the bearing (excitation end) used in the motor is insulated according to the standard, and the stator grounding brush is also installed at the steam end.
