At present, there are 7 proprietary workshops for the manufacture of boilers and pressure vessels, with a production area of 34,000 square meters, with the design and manufacturing qualifications and capabilities of Class A boilers, Class I, II and III pressure vessels (including A1 and A2 grades), ASME "U", "U2", "S" and "PP", and the implementation of quality ISO9001, environmental ISO14001, occupational health and safety GBT28001 management system.

In 2000, Guangzhong signed a technical cooperation agreement with China Petrochemical Equipment Research Association on the manufacture of thick-walled vessels represented by hydrogenation reactors, and signed technical cooperation agreements on similar products with the former Luoyang Petrochemical Design Institute and the former Beijing Petrochemical Design Institute, respectively, and obtained their support. With the support of Sinopec Material and Equipment Co., Ltd., Guangzhong imported and purchased Cr-Mo steel forgings from France, made authentication rings, carried out process tests, and passed the expert appraisal organized by Sinopec Materials and Equipment Corporation in December 2003. In 2004, it provided two SA387CL2 hot-wall hydrogenation reactors for Maoming Petrochemical Shihua Co., Ltd.
